The animated short film WEEDS by Pola Kazak, has been selected for Les Nuits en Or, a prestigious program organized by the César Academy. This program showcases international short films that have been awarded the equivalent of the César Award in their respective countries.
Created using a stunning oil-painting animation technique, Weeds had its world premiere at the Festival de Cannes and recently received the Magnesia Award at the Czech Lion Awards.
Weeds has been chosen for the short program, which highlights six standout films and will be screened in over 30 cities across France this June.
