The short film The Tree wins award at Fantoche The international festival of animated film, Fantoche, took place last weekend in the Swiss Baden and Lucie Sunková was among the winners. Her short film The Tree won the „Best Kids“ award in the „Films for young audiences“ category. The jury was made up of 7 children aged 6 to 12 who picked from all film entries in the international and home competition. In every case the judges considered the quality of the story, the overall quality of the work and the difficulty of the animation technique.
Among other films that won awards were Igor Kovalyov‘s Before Love and Simon Schnellmann‘s Das Leben ist hart in the home competiton.
